What's a Switcheroo?
A turning of the tables. In The Switcheroo, writers respond to the work of a Broadsided visual artist, rather than the other way around.

How is the Art Chosen?
The previous Switcheroo artist selects the image for the next Switcheroo from work by the pool of Broadsided artists. We ask all artists to submit work, if they're interested in being considered.

Why Don't You Accept Outside Art?
The Artists affiliated with Broadsided generously donate their time, creativity, and vision to this project. Every month, one of them considers work by a literary artist and responds visually. This is one small way we can return the favor and let them see how writers are inspired by their work.

When's the Next Switcheroo?
Spring of 2013... until then, please use our regular submission guidelines and enjoy browsing the past Switcheroos to the right.
